The complaint form can save recent packs in your browser’s local storage so you can see them again on the same device. This data is not uploaded by this public MVP.

No automatic complaint submission
No server-stored contact form messages in this public MVP

Contact page

The contact page uses a no-backend email draft. It opens your email app so you can review the message before sending. The public MVP does not store the contact message; if you send it, it goes to [email protected].

Future live version

If Refund Kit is launched publicly with payments, accounts, email delivery, analytics or support, this policy must be updated before launch to explain exactly what is collected and why.

Deleting local data

You can clear saved draft data by clearing your browser site data for Refund Kit.
